Patient Resources
Below are some helpful resources for our current patients
Clinic Information
I see that your clinic is a Family Health Team. What does this mean for me?
-
We are part of the East GTA Family Health Team, and we are all dedicated to your care. It is best and more integrated for you to receive primary care from our team instead of walk-in clinics.
-
Our team includes allied health care professionals on-site such as a dietitian, pharmacist, physiotherapist, occupational therapist and social worker. We also have specialists on site.
What do I need to know about booking appointments?
-
You can Book Appointments Online
-
Our appointment cancellation policy is 24 hours advance notice
-
For urgent issues, we reserve time every day for Same Day Appointments. Phone us in the morning, and you can likely receive an appointment that same day.
-
If my schedule is full or I am out of the office, my colleagues on-site might be able to accommodate you.
-
If my colleagues cannot accommodate you, the Scarborough Urgent Care Centre is available on evenings and Sundays.
Can I email you?
-
To protect your privacy, we cannot use regular e-mail. However, the secure messaging service we use is Medeo.
Are there any services with additional charges?
-
Yes. OHIP doesn’t cover all services. Our clinic uses standard rates established by the Ontario Medical Association.

Are there services that are not provided at the clinic?
-
We do not provide travel medicine advice
Please note that clinic policies are subject to change. Please let us know if you have any questions. We hope we can provide you with great care for many years to come!
